The <a href="http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/qpf/day1-5.shtml">HPC</a> five day rainfall forecast indicates very heavy rainfall over Southern Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.  This area has already been devasted by flooding this spring.  We are looking at rain and snow in Iowa to end March with a chance of severe weather as well.
