The latest release of the <a href="http://www.drought.unl.edu/dm/monitor.html">National Drought Monitor</a> shows some depicted dryness just to our southeast in Missouri and Illinois.  Even with a very dry November, most of Iowa is well above normal for rainfall on various timescales this year.  High streamflows and soil moisture values should keep us in good shape into the spring season.
