I have created an application which allows you to compute average
statewide temperatures for some time period of your choice from
the COOP network data. This application allows you to ask such
questions as:
- Which year had the warmest 10 thru 15 May period on record?
- How did this year compare to other years for March?
Let me know if you have any suggestions for the app. Adding
precipitation is something I would like to do, but isn't
straight forward to do with my dataset at this time.

The quality controlled COOP data for April has been uploaded to
the IEM data coffers. The climodat reports have been generated
as well.

Wow, another day forecasted with highs in the 70s! Sure it hard to beat that for this time of year. July is only a few days away and a warming trend is in the forecast just in time for the July 4th holiday.
