A storm complex in Nebraska last night was able to truck it southeast to Des Moines and dumped some much needed rainfall with reports over 1 inch from the SchoolNet8 network.  Storms are still lingering this morning with more development set for this afternoon and evening.  The big question now is if the parts of the state that really need the rain (northwest) will get anything substancial.
