A new web camera has been added to the KCCI SchoolNet8 network.
This one is located in Lamoni and is the 25th active camera in
the network.
FYI on the two currently offline cameras:
- Newton is being relocated to an exciting spot in town.
- Chariton was struck by lightning last summer and is close
to being repaired.
These cameras provide invaluable environmental data. Being
able to see what is happening provides a very complimentary
data source to the automated sensors.

A plot of recent temperatures versus climatology shows a recovery to near normal with high and low temperature for Tuesday. Today will be slightly warmer with a return to arctic air on Sunday.
