The featured image is of preliminary rainfall estimates from Tuesday showing an axis of heavy rainfall east to west across the state near Highway 20.  Unfortunately, more rain is on the way today as a powerful storm system takes its sweet time transversing the country.  The good news is that a dry period is expected after this round of showers are done on Thursday.
