Well, this is only the third day of the new year and we are already on our second ice storm with another major storm on its way for Wednesday. For this Monday morning, most of us are stuck with a shallow layer of cold air just above us that is keeping the surfaces frozen and freezing the rain that falls on contact. Road Conditions are mostly ice covered throughout Central and Southwest Iowa this morning. Happy new year!
