Efficient rainfall producing storms trained over the same area Thursday morning resulting in more flooding from Atlantic to Lamoni. The IEM rainfall analysis for Thursday estimates upwards of 8 inches! Unfortunately, more rain is in the forecast with isolated heavy rain possible.
