.The combination of an area of disturbed weather lifting north out
of the central gulf of Mexico and an approaching cold front will 
result in moderate to strong southeasterly flow over the coastal 
waters this morning. As the cold front moves through this
afternoon, winds will turn offshore, but remain strong through
Saturday morning.
